Where are my cool neutral lovers at? If that’s you, I’ve found the perfect faux fur jacket with all the super luxe feels. And if warmer neutrals are your more your thing, this beauty will quickly make you a convert!
I cannot stress it enough, how super soft this hooded bomber is, and I found it on Amazon! The Sloane Faux Fur zip front hooded jacket from The Drop is cruelty free with all the feels of real chinchilla fur, it’s soooo good! Extra brownie points for the generous hood and roomy pockets. Those features with the bomber silhouette make it totally versatile to dress up or down.
This bomber is as warm as it looks. The elastic cuff detail keeps the warmth in and the cold elements out. Nothing annoys me more than being all warm, stepping outside and catching a blistery cold draft up my sleeves…ugh, that’s the worst!
I just love the tone of this jacket too. A cross between taupe and dusty mauve, it can pull the gray or pink tones out of your other pieces, and I did it here with both! I paired it with my taupe toned over the knee boots and slouchy tote. Kept my base layer neutral with this creamy chunky knit sweater and this plaid scarf was the final touch to my look; the pink and gray pulls everything all together.
And if you’re wondering about my bag, this Vince Camuto leather tote is small but mighty. Not overwhelmingly large, it still has ample room to carry a bunch of things, including the bushel of galas and half dozen apple cider doughnuts I brought back with me from the farmer’s market that day! The removable strap came in handy when the load got to heavy and I was able to wear it crossbody and hands-free.
The hood wasn’t necessary that day, but I’m looking forward to throwing it up when the weather drops for all the cozy warm goodness that awaits!
