I’ll be the first to admit I don’t listen to or am even familiar with some of the bands that make their way onto some of my favorite tees, but it’s a look I love and a trend I hope sticks around for awhile.
Extra brownie points if you listen to their music, but today I’m sharing some recent graphic t-shirts that have made the band tee cut in my wardrobe. Here I primarily styled them all with cutoffs, with these cute star printed denim shorts that add a little something extra. But the thing about the band tee look is that it can just as easily be styled with skinny jeans, moto or faux leather leggings, or even a silky satin midi skirt. The options are endless!
Kept it casual with my Pink Floyd tee and shorts for both my looks but opted to layer with a chunky knit cardigan one day. This oversized boyfriend cardigan was a recent purchase from Amazon. Was very impressed by the overall quality, especially for the price, and it has easily become a new favorite. So now I own it in two colors. For a little edgier vibe, try throwing on a moto jacket and pair with your favorite booties!
My other fave was this Ramones band tee because I figured the all American eagle graphic would make it a great option for July 4th. So with this one I styled them with some white cutoff denim shorts to give the look more of a summery vibe. And because I always need a layering option (I hate being cold), I styled it with this colorblock cardigan from Amazon.
All my band tees were scored at Walmart which has a great selection at budget friendly prices. I’ve linked them all in my shop the post along with similar options I also have my eye on. They tend to sell out quick so I’ve you spot one you fancy, nab it before it’s gone!
