In recent posts you may have seen a growing trend of all the tie dye everything making it’s way into my wardrobe and accessories. But for all the fun, bright and colorful pieces I have picked up recently, I am still a neutral girl at heart.

Although I love the brighter colors for Spring as we come out of dark hues of winter, I will sooner keep my neutral tones in rotation more often. The versatility of nude and animal prints (especially when worn as shoes and accessories), makes it super easy to finish off a styled look. I absolutely consider animal prints the new neutral and love how a leopard print can add interest to an outfit or croc embossed leather can add an edge without screaming for the same attention as louder colors will.

With that being said, I am sharing some new shoe faves, all from Dolce Vita, with my fave of the three being these super cute cheetah print sneakers. Even better, they are eco-friendly, made from organic cotton canvas and recycled polyester laces. Love that I discovered this line of Dolce Vita sneakers that puts an effort into reducing waste by repurposing materials that would otherwise be discarded and end up in landfills. And these Bryton sneakers are available in other fun prints and colors like this rainbow pair that would make a great statement with an all white casual summer outfit.

For something a little less casual and a little more polished, they have these Halee snakeskin mules. An easy slip-on silhouette that pairs just as well with cuffed denim as it does with your favorite breezy sundress. They come in a similar cheetah print as the sneakers above and some other neutral colors but I have my eye on the natural raffia ones. That pair gives me all the summer in the Hamptons vibes!

Lastly you can never go wrong with a classic pointy toe nude bootie in your wardrobe. Possibly the easiest transitional pair of shoes you might have in your closet! The light neutral and low profile booties pair well with cutoff denim short, a breezy midi skirt during warmer months and will easily take you cooler temps with your fall outfits.

Highly recommend any one of these! Which is your favorite?

  1. I love Dolce Vita brand. The quality is so good for the price, and they have such great styles. One of my favorite pairs of sandals are a black leather wedge DV pair that I’ve had for years. They still look current and are in great shape despite being worn A LOT! Thanks for sharing xo

  2. Those suede booties are to die for. So chic and perfect for every season. I love the taupe color as well. Very versatile!
