Just as quick as I was sharing how much I was enjoying the milder temperatures we were having here in New York, was as quick as winter decided to revisit with freezing temps and snow in the forecast, smh.
It was because I was so over the cold and the snow that I took an impromptu trip to Disney earlier this month. I desperately needed some sunshine in my life, so in preparation for my trip, I shopped some new swimsuits. With the exception of the ruffle plunging one piece from Shein I am seen wearing above, all are from Amazon of course, because Prime is where it’s at, lol.
I wore all of these during my time away (even though it was way too short if you ask me) and was happy with the fit and feel of each of them. I styled a couple flatlays for some outfit inspo, the first featuring black and leopard bikinis. I love accessorizing with woven hats and accessories like this straw clutch as they complement the tan tones of the animal print, but the beachy natural textures make either a perfect neutral summer accessory regardless of the color worn!
I found this striped ruffle bandeau bikini was super flattering. I appreciated that the ruffle top gave more shape to my modest bust and the high waisted bottoms held everything in all the right places. The flowy top made it cute to wear with white cutoff denim shorts. The accessories were loaded with natural textures: woven buckle belt, matching tassel earrings and bamboo tote. Added some gold jewelry for some added sparkle to shine in the tropical sun! Packed plenty of sunnies and sandal options to mix it up; you’ll find most linked in the shop the post below.
Already planning my next visit since the last one went too quickly. Will be sure to share more of my stay this time around!
