Who else is super guilty of bundling up in their sweatpants and sweatshirts the second the season changes and the weather outside drops? I know it’s not just me! Sometimes it’s just so hard to want to dress up during the chilly months when all I want to do is live in loose fitting layers while snuggling Bear on the couch!
Well, this fall I have decided to make it my mission to find new pieces that not only keep me comfy and cozy, but look chic and stylish as well.
Free People has been my favorite place so far this month to find and shop for my autumn essentials. My One Good Sport Fleece Jacket might just be the softest thing I have ever put on. It’s almost as soft as bear! The color is so different and beautiful which makes it so unique and unlike anything else I have in my entire wardrobe. You’ll be able to run on the treadmill at the gym or speed walk down the street to Starbucks for your pumpkin spice latte in style!
This jacket, however, is a little more on the pricer side but something I 100% think is worth the investment. I paired it with my basic but go to Wide Eyed Tank that I also picked up from Free People and own in so many colors.
Of all the clothing that I own, and I’m sure you all know that I own a lot of clothing, the number one staple piece in my closet is easily leggings. When I saw this pair of leggings from Walmart I knew I just had to pick them up. Can you believe I scored them for only $12? Talk about a major steal! The material of these leggings are so amazing and durable, plus, they’re high waisted like most of the bottoms that I own. The best part? They have a butt lifting designed to them to give you the booty of your dreams. Once I saw that, they were in my cart immediately! Is it bad that I want more?
Even with a more laid back and relaxed look I still love to accessorize my outfit! To tie it all together I threw on my staple NY Yankees Baseball Cap and my Crescent Plated Pendant Necklace. Last up is my Black Veneta Leather Hobo Bag that will match and look good with everything I wear this September. Okay New York, bring on the fall!
I’m 5’5″. Typically wear 8.5 in shoes. S/4 in tops and dresses. 4/27 in Jeans.
