The temperatures have dipped here in New York this past week, giving me all the Fall feels and I may have retired all things summer because of it. It only took one morning waking up to fifty degree weather to begin storing my summer season only pieces and pull out all the jackets, boots, cardigans and chunky knits from my closets.
After taking stock of what I already owned, I did what I do every season and scoured my favorite sites from what’s new and cute in their fall lineup. Today I’m sharing my favorite finds from my recent Amazon Fashion haul, as well as some Walmart and Abercrombie finds I icked up in store. I’ll be honest, it’s been many months since shopping in store anywhere so the experience was quite surreal, but I enjoyed perusing the racks and was happy to see some popular favorites return from last season as well as some season worthy new arrivals that made their way home with me.
The stand out winner from Amazon has got to be this super chic microchecked blazer. I love the pattern for fall and the contrasting cuffs give an added accent of interest. I styled it here layered over this plunge sweetheart neck bodysuit with some distressed denim and I love the combination! A close second from Amazon was this snake print ruffle mini skirt that I paired with my favorite black oversized cowl neck sweater, (a repeat offender for a couple of seasons now) which I also show casually styled in a perfect fall burgundy color with basic denim. And for a similar sweater look without the bulk around the neck, I snagged this camel pullover from H&M.
As far as jackets go, I love looking to Abercrombie for their trendy pieces, great quality at a reasonable price point. The color of this faux leather diamond puffer is perfection, and this black stretch quilted jacket will easily be on repeat all season long.
So many good finds this time around, and the cooler weather has just shown up and I’ve already started wearing these out. Has the fall weather hit your area yet?
