After coming home from Greece, I knew I would have to start prepping for the winter time. It actually hasn’t been too cold yet in New York, but the winter is definitely around the corner. To stay warm this season, I turned to one of my favorite brands, Canada Goose.
Known for their warm luxury clothing to withstand the Canada winters, I couldn’t be more excited to wear this down vest for the cold weather approaching. This “Freestyle Slim Fit Down Vest” from Nordstrom is a bit of an investment piece, but well worth the money. This vest comes in three different colors: blue, red and black. It is well insulated and made with a durable material that will keep me warm all winter long.
Hunter boots are great for when it is raining out, but also when the snow is melting and I have to trek through the slush with Bear. I picked these Refined Matte Hunter Rain Boots from Nordstrom because they will go with just about everything! I can also pick up a pair of rain boot socks to make them extra warm, which I plan on doing as the winter gets colder.
My skinny jeans are from Articles of Society and are only $64 at Nordstrom. They are the perfect amount of stretchy and I love this faded gray color, called “Eagle”. I paired my jeans with this thermal top from Free People, which is one of my favorite brands of all time. This cozy thermal comes in 8 different colors, so I plan on picking up a few more as it gets colder out! I love that it is looser fitting because it will be perfect for layering.
Finally, the necklace I have been wearing every day since I got it is the Elisa Birthstone Pendant necklace by Kendra Scott. It is only $50 at Nordstrom, and I love that I was able to pick out my birthstone. It makes it a bit more personal, and is a great gift for the holidays coming up!

Been dying to get my hands on a Canada Goose vest!
Love Canada Goose, but I’m biased as I’m Canadian. LOL! They are seriously, the warmest coats ever. I live in the third coldest capital in the world, so I pretty much never take mine off. Haha!
Love that vest! Do they have other colors too?
Never heard of Canada goose before, but that vest is perfection. You styled it well!
What a joy seeing you coming back in wonderful Hunter boots after such a long time. Great post, encore!
This has got to be one of the coziest and most practical outfits I’ve seen for fall. Perfect for adventuring. You’re so cute in those fall leaves! Hope you’re enjoying the cool down!
What a cute vest to layer with! The temps are starting to drop where I live so I’d be living in this cozy vest!
