Whenever the season’s transition I always get extremely excited for two reasons. One, the start of a fresh new season and my personal favorite, Spring. Warmer temperatures always put a smile on my face and blossoming flowers always make for prettier pictures! Second, time to swap out my winter wardrobe and start adding some spring essentials! Nordstrom has all of my needs and wants for my spring wardrobe essentials. From amazing prices, to comfortable sandals and my personal favorite, cute camisoles and cardigans!
Let’s start with my favorites, camisoles and cardigans. For this spring vibe I wanted to try a new cardigan style and I am in love. This Free People promenade cocoon cardigan is available in three colorways; neutral, grey and red, obviously I own the grey and neutral. FYI, it’s only $68! For this look I opted to wear the grey cardigan as I loved the way it looked over this ivory lace trim camisole top by socialite. This particular camisole is available in six colorways and is only $35! I love the delicate lace trim along the neck of this cami, it can easily be dressed up with skinny jeans and heels or dressed down that is the beauty of most camisoles!
Lastly, to complete my casual spring look I paired my favorite cami + cardi combo with these amazingly soft and comfy BlankNYC boyfriend denim shorts. They are the perfect dark wash shorts with some distressed accent marks throughout and a small cuff at the bottom. I am wearing a size 27 in these shorts, which is my true size that I always wear in BlankNYC denim and in most denim brands. They are not too short in the back so you don’t have to worry about your tushie hanging out or feel uncomfortable if you opt to wear a short top or crop top and not have your backside covered. The best feature of these shorts are definitely the price, they’re only $68!
This entire look is available at Nordstrom! Nordstrom always has the best options in my opinion for all of your wardrobe essentials. If you’re in spring cleaning mode like I am and are looking to add some new pieces to empty hangers, Nordstrom is your go-to spot!
