With the year coming to a close and looking forward to a new year ahead, for many that means all things resolutions, setting new goals, establishing daily intentions, etc. Truth be told you don’t need to start making yourself a priority with the mark of a new calendar year, but there is something comforting in that “fresh start” feeling.
So this post is dedicated to all who are looking to make healthier choices in the new year. Whether it’s getting your body moving more regularly, setting a fitness goal, making choices that will have you feeling healthier or are motivated to feel better in your clothes, this post is rounding up all my activewear favorites to make sure you have the goods to get you started.
To be completely honest, I have never been the one who is diligent about their workout routine; never quite sticking to a regimen because until now, I haven’t found a rhythm that’s worked for my lifestyle. But having said that, for the last couple of months, I have been integrating daily walks into my morning routine, and something so simple has been all I need to start feeling better. I am quickly learning that diet and exercise can’t be a “get fixed quick” mentality, but rather a lifestyle change where the progress made may be a little slower, but it sticks. And sometimes something like refreshing your workout clothes, or adding some color to my workout ‘fit can get me inspired to make some moves…literally!
