It’s almost December and It is starting to get very cold out. Daylight is scarce, our beds are super warm and it’s getting increasingly harder to want to get dressed up. But have no fear! Nothing says winter like snuggling up into a few cozy get up and go fashionable cardigans. When it comes to winter sweaters this girl is in LOVE with all things oversized and cozy. When I saw this long colorblock cardigan at Nordstrom this weekend, I took one look at it and was “ It’s so fluffy and soft, I’m gonna die!”
- Make sure to balance out the look. If the top half is very fabric heavy then wear something slimming on the bottom like skinny jeans or leggings to avoid looking like the pillsbury doughboy.
- Wear form fitting tops underneath the cardigan or even a belt to add some extra shape.
- Don’t wear a cardigan that is so big that you’re drowning in it. Oversized cardigans tend to run larger so I always size down to avoid that extra knit.
