Truth be told, there’s no rhyme or reason to this collective haul other than I got the opportunity to wear and style some of my finds. Some new winter favorites, some trendy pieces to transition into spring, and new sneakers to round it all up!
I will start with what has to be the viral coat of the couple of years. I have had mine since 2019 and it has to be one of the best purchases I ever made. I am talking about the cult favorite Oralay down puffer coat from Amazon. It has become my go-to top layer for the most brutal weather and it has yet to disappoint. I took it out for the first blizzard of the season because the down filling and fleece lined hoods keep me all toasty despite the chill. Moms especially will love the convenience of all the pockets; a lifesaver when you need to be hands-free. I typically wear it with my Sorel Joan of Arctic snow boots; a repeat seasonal favorite!
Honestly if you live anywhere where temps drop below freezing, this coat is a lifesaver, and extra brownie points for the wide selection of colors. And this year, they have added a new style to the lineup; this Sherpa puffer with shearling panels…so hard to resist!
For the few milder days we’ve had here in New York, I sported my new check plaid blazer and sweetheart bodysuit, both from Revolve. My lighter neutral look features my favorite Free People cashmere turtleneck. I love the slouchy soft silhouette paired with distressed denim. I dressed it up a little with a sleek pair of suede booties and fedora.
Lastly, I snagged a few different New Balance sneakers because I couldn’t decide on the colorway I liked most, lol. Anything leopard print will always have my heart but I think the neutral Angora pair may be the most versatile of the bunch. All solid options!
