If you have followed me for a while, you know food is my love language. I love a good charcuterie spread and all the sweet treats. Especially when themed and served with a fun twist! I was thinking of what yummy things I can put together for my next get-together, with St. Patty’s not far off. The result: these shamrock marshmallow treats. These were super easy to throw together in a pinch, and even better, less than $10 for all the ingredients! It was as easy as mixing some melted mini marshmallows with some fun cereal and flattening the mixture on a baking sheet. I chose a shamrock cookie cutter to stay with the theme, but any shape will do. Then I drizzled some melted chocolate over them all, and the result was just the sugar fix I was hoping for!
