Must Have Organizers From Amazon

Since self quarantining began months ago I must have reorganized my space a gazillion times.

I know I am not the only one who had all this extra time now on their hands. For me it was a smooth transition as I was already working on adding some new storage and organizarion solutions to my work space when the year began. Fortunate or not, the extra time I now had, allowed me to update, style and edit my space with greater consideration. Not feeling rushed to finish because of time constraints definitely helped in finding just the right pieces to fulfill my needs.

Quick recap for any newcomers here: since I work from home and currently rent an apartment, my primary workspace is the loft landing to my duplex. It’s an ample space for my needs, and I love the open concept and abundance of natural light it provides. Where most people may need traditonal office furniture like desks and file cabinets, as a fashion blogger my primary goal was to find storage solutions for a rotating wardrobe and a place to house a bulk of my handbags and accessories.

This small shelf unit from Target is where I keep all of my accessories organized with assorted jewelry stands, sunglass organizers and most recently a handbag display that I like to use when creating stylized shots for my IG feed. The perk of having organizers like this is that I have all by belongings visible, making it super easy to find something specific quickly or just to “shop” my collection for inspiration.

Similarly, my clothing rack provides the same benefit. I have a more traditonal closet in my bedroom that houses the majority of my wardrobe, but I like to use this rack to rotate items seasonally, keeping items I intend to wear more often easily accessible. Having this option also ensures I wear everything I own because it’s not hidden away in drawers. I keep shoes on the shelves primarily but they would work great to stack jeans or folded chunky sweaters just the same!

I like a combination of both but do you like to keep your items on display or prefer to have them tucked away?

  1. I love this! You’ve done an excellent job organizing and displaying your accessories!

  2. I could definitely use an updated clothing rack. The one I have now was like $12 and I’ve had it for YEARS. But this one is lovely. I’m gonna put it on my wishlist.
