I had recently read about a $1.5 billion cruise ship and how it was the biggest in the world called Harmony of the Seas, I was lucky enough to be invited by Royal Caribbean to experience a preview of the ship to the Bahamas and I wanted to share my trip with you.
Harmony of the Seas is Royal Caribbean’s newest ship with 2,394 crew members, 23 pools, 20 different restaurants with some of the freshest food. They also have a 10 story slide which makes it super quick to get from deck 16 to deck 6! They have seven neighborhoods on the cruise ship filled with shopping, bars and fun features only made for this ship which practically makes this cruise ship it’s own small floating city.
If you are looking for a fun way to order a drink or two, be sure to check out the Bionic Bar where two robotic bartenders make your drinks for you with bottles hanging from above and you can watch the process of how they make it on the screen to the right. Even though you had to wait a little for your drink, I think we were all amazed to see it being done right in front of you by a robot!
I had been on two cruises before this and my room this trip was nothing like the others! We had a superior ocean view stateroom with a balcony. Even though there was so many activities on the cruise, I loved coming back to the room to take a happy nappy and having a large selection of recent movies on demand for free. If you are addicted to the internet like I am, don’t worry! They offer by far the fastest internet on the sea.
