Since I had to adjust my coffee drinking game from shopping my local brew shop to accomodate the new normal that is quarantine life, I’ve upgraded my coffee station at home.

I thoroughly enjoyed my coffee house visits, and it was easily one of the things I really missed when businesses closed their doors for shelter in place orders earlier this year. While some people were hustling to buy workout equipment because gyms were no longer open, I was hunting for a coffee machine because I didn’t even own a standard drip one! I shared in a recent post that I invested in a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker and espresso machine and went into more detail and review there.

Because visiting the local coffee shop was a little luxury I afforded myself, I knew I wanted to make it a little bit of an experience every time I made myself a fresh cup. So after I received my machine, and took dimensions of my space, I purchased this simple accent cabinet that would serve as my new coffee bar. I already owned this tiered tray, that now lives next to my Nespresso machine and houses my mugs and drink accessories. Makes for a great display to style seasonal decor as well because why not make your morning drink a more festive experience?!

Because my boyfriend and I both like the option of regular coffee and espresso drinks, I needed some organization for all the K-cups and Nespresso pods. This 90 k-cup drawer organizer was great for all the flavored varieties we like to keep on hand. For Nespresso capsules, I picked up both this space saving  drawer option that can sit under your machine as well as this more casual caddy that is great for counter display and reminds me of old school candy jars.

With cooler weather on the horizon, just wanted to share my coffee station finds and maybe inspire someone to recreate a cozy at home drink experience. I still love my local shop but having this little set up has definitely brought some joy home!

  2. I like regular brewed coffee but my husband is like you. He got coffee from a local spot every morning and now he uses his nespresso to make his coffee. He loves it!

  3. I really love the way you put this little coffee nook together. It’s so beautiful and the neutral colors are perfect for your space. I just use a corner of my counter for all my coffee goods right now, but I’d love to have a full coffee cart in the future! I’d probably use it even more than a bar cart!

  4. I LOVE your coffee bar setup! I am actually on the hunt for a cute tiered tray, so I’m totally getting this one!

  5. This is the cutest little space and has so much room! I am like you and can’t wait to get a new Nespresso machine. I ordered the Gran Latisse 🙂
