Now that is has been snowing consistently in New York, it can be hard to find the perfect outfit and boots to leave the house. Trekking through the snow is not the most glamourous thing to do, so I am very happy I found these Sorel Joan Of Artic Waterproof Snow boots. These boots are perfect for when I need to walk Bear or run errands!
They are under $180, which is such a great deal for such durable and waterproof pair of boots. They are designed with the coziest faux fur trim that makes them pretty chic! Plus they have a lace-up panel that adjusts to your perfect size, so you don’t have to worry if you have thinner or thicker calves. I know that some girls have trouble finding boots that fit their calves/legs, but the lace-up panel really makes them perfect for everyone. These boots come in three colors: Black/Stone, Quarry, and Umber. I decided to go with the Black/Stone, just because I know I will get the most use out of this color.
As for the rest of my look, I am wearing this super soft and cozy Kolby Brushed Scarf from Free People that is under $50! It comes in four colors, and I decided to get the neutral tone, which I love. My jacket is this Monty Faux Fur Trim Hooded Long Parka by TopShop. It is only $170, which is a great price for such a staple winter piece. It is super warm and helps to fight the wind off, which is crucial when you live in an area like me. I also love this olive color because it is essentially a neutral and goes with pretty much everything I wear! I highly recommend it if you are in the market for a bigger sized parka or coat.
Another winter essential is a great pair of leggings to throw on when you want to lounge around the house, need to run some quick errands, or to pair with an oversized sweater. These BP High-rise leggings are a new favorite of mine. And the best part, they are only $19! I am going to buy a few pairs to have on hand, because you can never have enough leggings in my opinion. Lastly, no winter look is complete without something that is thermal. Well this Laguna Thermal Top from Free People is such a great winter essential. It has a wider neckline and is flowy and slouchy. It also comes in 5 different colors and is $68. Not too bad for a thermal top that is extremely versatile.
