I am currently living through day three of a heat wave in my area and the only place I rather be than inside with the air conditoning on blast, is at the beach.
I haven’t had the pleasure of enjoying some sun and surf mostly because I have been trying to avoid crowds, but I continue to surf the internet instead of summer fashion worthy pieces, lol. This post is for all of those who are lucky enough to have backyard pools or can manage to enjoy some shore in social distancing peace.
Personally I’m always on the hunt for fun high waisted bikinis but recently while I was looking online at Walmart’s new arrivals, I cam e across some cute one pieces that I needed to try. I was surprised to find out Dolce Vita makes swimwear. I am already a big fan of their shoes (especially their booties), so I had to give these swimsuits a go.
The first one that caught my eye was this refined and chic studded trim one piece. This swimsuit features a classic silhouette with sleek lines and a leg-lengthening cut that is super flattering. If you’re sooner interested in a two piece option, this studded style is also available in a bikini with a convertible bandeau top!
Super similar in the style and silhouette with the exception of side tie accents are these tie dye and snake print suits. Offering the same scoop back and high leg cut, these two additonally feature a more plunging neckline than the studded option.
Lastly I picked up this cute tie dye kimono style cover up. Its a super light, casual open front piece that hits just above the knee. I styled it over some summer basics to demonstrate the versatilty, but would look right at home on the beach over a solid colored swimsuit just the same. May need to plan another staycation day before the summer is over!

Loving the tie dye suits (especially the pink) but the kimonos are so cute. They provide a nice little cover-up, especially on the shoulders and they add a little va va voom to the entire look. Super cute!
