Although New York has extended their social distancing guidelines and shelter in place orders, some states across the country have decided to move forward with reopening.
Although instinctively I see it as a light at the end of the tunnel, hoping those choosing to rollout, will ease into it and heed precautions. I don’t know about you but I’m looking forward to enjoying my summer and would want nothing more than things to return back to normal. SO the way I see it, if everyone plays nice, we can all enjoy some beach time in the months ahead!
With that being said, I’ve rounded up some of my favorite bikini and one piece swimsuits from Amazon and deal picks from Nordstrom Rack. Although I am being hopeful with my expectations of what summer in New York will look like, I’m totally prepared to take on my sunbathing days on my little balcony, lol!
Lots of my picks are styles that hold me in all the right places, all without sacrificing a cute look! I especially love this ruffle top high waisted two piece. I’m not a fan of tan lines so the off the shoulder look works and the ruffle detail is a playful accent. The palm leaf print is one of my faves for summer and this bottom keeps the high waisted look cut fresh with side cutouts. Love a little sexy detail in my swimwear!
Because beach days and poolside fun can’t go without all the other necessities, I included some budget friendly summer accessory finds from Walmart. Whether your in need of a new beach tote or want to layer up your swim look with a lacy caftan or boho style fringe and pom pom coverup, I found some pieces that will easily make their way into my summer rotation!
Counting down the days when my area will lift restrictions, but in the meantime hoping that those leading the way do so safely so we can all enjoy some summertime in the sun!
