I’m far from being a die-hard rock fanatic, but I love a good band tee! More so because the rise in popularity of the trend making it socially acceptable to wear without knowing a single song lyric, lol. Please tell me I’m not the only one!

On today’s post I rounded up some of my faves that I have picked up in recent weeks. I found a decent selection of all kinds of bands in a couple of different places including Revolve, Target, Amazon and American Eagle. Ultimately I decided on a some Nirvana, Pink Floyd, Guns and Roses and Rolling Stones tees.  Regardless of the price point, all are are pretty comparable.

My favorite way to style a graphic tee by far has to be with a good pair of jeans and sneakers. I swear by my high rise skinny jeans from Express and honestly that could be my daily uniform. It’s a fail safe way to be comfortable while looking like you know what you’re doing.

My other two flat lays take it up a notch, elevating the look just enough to give it some rocker chic vibes. And the great thing about the graphic tee trend is you can pretty much wear it with anything, so of course I through in some leopard booties and some patent leather flats for another option. Throw on a wide brimmed hat or sunnies and some accessories and you’re all set!

A little more subtle with a touch of femininity is my last outfit flat lay. Keeping it edgy with some black croc booties adding the distressed dusty pink cardigan softens the look. Play up the flirtiness with some fun hair accessories or statement earrings to finish off the look!

Are you living for the band tee trend? If you were on the fence, I hope I made you a believer!

  1. I’m a sucker for a good band tee, but I always try to purchase tees from bands that I would truly listen to, like Queen. I wish they’d come out with some more recent artist’s t-shirts that have a “vintage” vibe.

  2. band tees are my jam! Love wearing them with pleated skirts and jeans. They’re so fun to dress up or down!
