Brace yourselves ladies, wedding season is upon us. It’s time for us to put that perfect camera ready smile on and watch your friends and family say “I do”. For all you shopaholics it’s your time to get your shop on as you look for the perfect dress to wear. Nordstrom is your go to for all dresses for all types of weddings. More specifically the brand “Dress the population”. Dress the Population is an amazing clothing company that sells beautiful dresses at an affordable price, but that’s not all. Each month they ask their customers to pick a charity for which they donate to. Then a dress from their most recent collection is chosen and for every purchase of the dress, 50% of percent of the proceeds go to the charity. They have such gorgeous dresses for any occasion. I’ve attended a few weddings already this year and for each I bought a dress from Nordstrom. Spring and summer weddings are my favorite. The weather is nice and warm and the option for an outdoor wedding is usually what ends up happening. Each wedding has its own dress code and you have to be sure to maintain it. One of my favorite dresses is the Juliana Two- Piece Dress. The sheer floral print is super light and comfortable yet extremely trendy. I love the print and i assume so did many others with all the compliments I received on it. It was perfect to wear to a garden wedding with some open toe heels and a headpiece. My other favorite dress is the Melina Lace Fit & Flare Maxi Dress which is a longer more formal type of dress. I have it in yellow and it’s the perfect spring time dress. When I wear it i feel like Belle from Beauty and the Beast and I mean who doesn’t want to feel like a princess? I have another wedding to go to and I just bought my other obsession from Dress the populations. Its called the Ava Lace Minidress. I love the straps and the simple belt detail added on. It’s such a cute lace cocktail dress that is sure to show off your fabulous legs. Nordstrom has always been my favorite store for more than one reason. I love each of their brands and never walk out of the store empty handed. They introduced me to my new addiction Dress the Population which made me fall even more in love.
