Take me baaaaack!!! As far as I’m concerned vacations go by far too quickly and are never long enough. That is exactly how I felt coming back from my short week away to Orlando, Florida where I was living my best Disney life.
I was fortunate enough to make two trips there recently, but whereas the first time was all day casual (think graphic tees, denim shorts and sneakers), this time around I got to play dress up and wear some of my vacation ready summer outfits. Truth be told you will rarely see me wearing a dress unless required for an occasion, so the only time I will typically be seen in one is while on vacation. I take the opportunity to channel all the girly things that I don’t most days.
Having said that, my favorite dress find was this ombre chiffon dress featuring dropped balloon sleeves, an elastisized waist and flowy skirt…all details made for a comfortable billowy fit that was just right for all day heat and humidity.
For an even flirtier option, I loved this tropical leaf two piece set. I love wearing matching sets as it takes the guess work out of putting an outfit together. Even though I like having multiple options while away on vacation, some days I just don’t have it in my to plan a full outfit, and sets like these just make it easier! This set features a crop top that can be worn off the shoulders and a super stretchy skirt that makes room for all the vacation eats, lol.
As far as new swimwear goes, I snagged white three piece swimwear set. Pictures online do not do this white set justice, and looks much better on! The set features a front tie bandeau top and high waisted bottoms, but the star is this airy sheer polka dot maxi skirt.
Lastly I rounded up a bunch of vacation worthy summer sandals, all neutral options of course but some have the added sparkle or fun print to switch it up.
