The past few summer seasons, I saw so many girls wearing the scalloped edge trend with their bikini’s and one-pieces. Well this one-piece is the perfect scalloped swim suit. It is by Chelsea28 and it is their Scallop Bandeau One-Piece Swimsuit. It is very affordable at only $89, and it is a great classic black swimsuit. I don’t think this will ever go out of style, so investing the $89 will last you a very long time. It is chic and very flattering on all body shapes.
Since we were walking around and grabbing breakfast, I wanted to wear a pair of shorts with this look. I opted for my favorite pair of One Teaspoon Bandit Shorts. I love how the cuff up on the hem and that they are distressed. Pairing these shorts with this swimsuit actually looks like a whole outfit because the one-piece doubles as a body suit. You would never know I was wearing a swimsuit.
For a cover-up, I wore this Seven Seas Patchwork Print Kimono by Free People. I just love this kimono and it’s detailing. It is only $78 and comes in grey, which I am wearing, and also midnight which is a darker gray color. The patchwork on this kimono is beautiful and adds great interest. I also love the tassel trim which adds a flare to the look. It is lightweight and perfect for a beach day.
Now for a pop of color, I wore this Kendra Scott Beatrix Pendant Necklace. I think that turquoise always looks so beautiful with tanned skin, so this dramatic blue tone is such a beautiful combination with the black swimsuit. It is long in length which I love because I can pair shorter necklaces with it as well. This necklace comes in 5 colors, so there is a shade for everyone!
