One of the plus sides to visiting London is experiencing all of the culinary foods the capital has to offer. So why no splurge on that £30 steak. After all, you deserve it! During my weekend getaway to London last week I went to London Steakhouse Co. in Chelsea and couldn’t be more happier that I did. This modern day restaurant specializes in event based dining with the most exquisite arrays of meats, fishes, desserts and cocktails (there is even a hidden speakeasy-style cocktail bar- how cute?!). Not all steaks are created equally; you’ll realize this when you dine at London Steakhouse Co. It has such a warm, friendly and welcoming ambiance to it right in the heart of Chelsea- what more could you even ask for?
I started the night off with the most delicious beetroot and goat cheese salad with a walnut dressing and fresh burrata with tomatoes. Both of these dishes were fresh and beaming with so much flavor that I couldn’t resist eating every last bite!
For my main course at the London Steakhouse Co. I indulged in the 6 oz centre-cut fillet with cafe de Paris butter and tomatoes. You can’t say that this photo of the dreamy fillet isn’t extremely tempting. Throw on some butter or Bearnaise sauce and you’ve reached beef Nirvana! If you are a meat eater, make sure to try the classic T-Bone with Bearnaise sauce. These steaks were so unbelievably good and cooked to perfection. They were so smooth they cut like butter. Who doesn’t love creamed anything? For sides I ordered the creamed potatoes and creamed spinach sides which were so scrumptious that I wish to-go bags were a thing in London!
London Steakhouse Co. exceeded all of my expectations with there incredible classic British food options and friendly waitstaff. This is truly a dining experience that I will never forget and recommend you to give it a try too.
