One of my favorite looks that I wore to London Fashion Week definitely has to be this one. Why? Because of this amazing Free People Trumpet Sequin Skirt! I am the House of Sequins after all, so any chance that I get to wear sequins tend to be my favorite looks.
This gorgeous Free People skirt is $108 and comes in black and gold. Both are equally beautiful, and now that I think of it, I should probably get the gold too! I think a piece like this looks great dressed down casual, with a band tee and a great pair of combat boots. Or you can dress it up like I did with a beautiful oversized sweater and over the knee boots. I like that it is stretchy, and the trumpet shape is really flattering.
My sweater is from Reformation and is the Finn Sweater. It is the perfect slouched style soft knit sweater. It comes in ivory and navy and I love the ivory so much. It is true to size, so it fits me perfectly and looks great with the sequin skirt.
I paired this look with a pair of over the knee boots because it was kind of cold in London. And since I was wearing a skirt, I didn’t want too much of my legs exposed. I think it is a great outfit combination, and if you have been following me for a while, you know I love pairing mini skirts and dresses with over the knee boots.
My clutch is by Rebecca Minkoff and it is the Leo Snake Embossed Leather Clutch. It is currently on sale for 40% and it under $100! I love this pink multi colored snake print. It is a great way to glam up your look and perfect for day-to-night outfits. Finally, I put on my favorite Chanel long necklace that I will never get rid of. It is a classic piece and will always stand the test of time.
