Now that the weather is officially changing and fall is finally here, I have started to incorporate more fall pieces into my daily wardrobe. My go-to store to get all of my new fall items is and will always be Nordstrom. They make it so easy for me to shop and have so many items in a variety of prices. What I love is that I don’t have to break the bank to purchase my transitional pieces!
I find myself heading to the coffee shop a lot now that the weather is getting chilly, so I wanted to dress comfortable, yet chic. For this look, I picked pieces that are transitional now that it is starting to get cooler. My jacket is by Hinge and it is their Feminine Utility Jacket. It is only $89, which is great because this jacket is a staple and can be worn with so many different looks. My tank top is by 1.State and it is their Ruffle Contrast Stitch Camisole. It is $69 and adds great texture to any look. While it is a simple white cami, it is more eye-catching because of the ruffle feature. Plus, it comes in two other colors, and is a great basic piece to keep in your closet to wear with cardigans, blazers and jackets.
If you have been following me for a while, you will know that I love flare denim. Theses Citizens of Humanity jeans are called the Charlie Flare Leg Jeans and they are currently 40%. I love their 70’s vibe and how they have a vintage wash. My scarf is by BP, which is always affordable and trendy. This Ruana Plaid Scarf is only $29, and will go great with a denim jacket, a leather jacket and of course, a great coat! It is a classic pattern and it is lightweight, which makes it great for fall time in New York.
Finally, for my makeup, I did my classic neutral look. The eyeshadow palette that I am loving is by Anastasia Beverly Hills, and it is the Modern Renaissance Eyeshadow palette for $42. This palette has such beautiful shades, that are both matte and metallic, and have neutral and berry tones. I think this palette is perfect for all eye colors and can be every woman’s go-to palette if they are traveling or on-the-go.
