With the holidays around the corner, I wanted to make sure my place was “guest-ready” to host friends and family. I was able to achieve this with bath essentials from Gap Home, found exclusively at Walmart!
It’s not often I have visitors for overnight stays, but especially after this past year, I’m looking forward to opening my doors after a long hiatus. Since I have only been in my apartment a few months, there was not much to do except stock my bathrooms with new bath linens. Nothing like fresh plush towels to come home to after a long travel day!
When thinking about what items I wanted to stock my linen closet, I remembered admiring the clean and minimalist style of Gap Home displays at my local Walmart, so I placed an order without hesitation. I love that the Gap Home line delivers timeless American style, with updated lines for modern living. This collection is the first-ever home line from The Gap, and being only available at Walmart, these budget friendly finds were already speaking my language, lol.
Good towels are a must, and I loved the feel of these Organic Cotton Towel Sets made from sustainable yarn. Having already used a set (of course I had to try them out for myself!), I can confirm they are super soft and absorbent. I picked up a plain set in gray and a more textured Sculpted Bath Towel Set in white. I love the neutral and clean layered look of the combination together, especially alongside the warmer accents I have going on in my bathroom.
The only other thing that was much needed in the space was a small rug to place in front of my bathroom vanity. I went with this Melange Ombre No-Slip bathroom rug; with the perfect dimensions I needed. Also made of 100% high quality cotton, I love the subtle interest the ombre detail gives without competing with the other details in the space.
I love how the space turned out, and now my bathrooms are guest-ready, just in time for the holidays!
