Before heading to Las Vegas, I was on the hunt for the perfect New Year’s Eve dress. I purchased quite a few to try on in hopes of finding the perfect dress. This is a big deal, especially when you are staying in a city like Las Vegas, because the more sparkle the better! Also, this is the one time of the year that you can go all out with sequins, and hello, I am House of Sequins, so the dress had to be perfect!
A great site to go to for statement dresses is Revolve. I ordered a few New Year’s Eve inspired dresses from them this year, but the one I finally picked was perfect and was exactly what I was looking for! I finally decided on this X by NBD Pavlina Dress. It is a little bit expensive, but wow is it worth it. I love the pewter and black sequin embellishments. The plunging neckline is also super pretty to me, since I don’t have a large chest. It is a great way for me to show off a little skin without looking too scandalous. Plus, since it is long sleeved, there is a nice balance of sexy and classy.
I paired my dress with my Christian Louboutin Prive Open Toe Pumps in nude. They make my legs look a lot longer and looked perfect with the dress. Finally, to add a bit more bling, I wore these gorgeous Symphony Drop Earrings by BaubleBar, which are only $48! Since there was so much going on with the dress, I didn’t want to wear too much jewelry, but these earring were the perfect accessory! Overall, I had such a nice time for New Year’s, and after spending so much time searching for the perfect Vegas look, I am really happy with how my outfit turned out! I hope you all had a wonderful New Year’s Eve as well!
