As most of you guys know, I was extremely lucky to be invited to some festivities during London Fashion Week. It was such an incredible experience, I absolutely love visiting London, especially when it involves fashion! My favorite part about traveling though is exploring new foods and restaurants.

For Sunday Brunch we ventured to Cocotte Rotisserie, an adorable French style restaurant specializing in healthy meals and of course, savory chicken. We were offered the option to be seated outside on the terrace which was such a treat! I don’t know about you, but there is something so fun about dining outside – always a plus when a restaurant offers this option!

Everything on the brunch menu was extremely tempting, so we opted to order a few plates to share this way we were able to taste everything! The menu is very different from what you would expect to find at an ordinary London restaurant and has several creative options to add to your meal.

We decided to share the Truffled Croque Monsieur, there is the option to add an organic egg but we decided not to as we also ordered an egg dish. This sandwich was dripping with flavor, it had melted emmentall cheese, juicy chicken and truffles on toasted bread served with mesclun lettuce. This honestly tasted like the best grilled cheese sandwich with a chicken twist!

I am a sucker for chicken and waffles so I obviously HAD to order their version. The chicken was crisped to perfection and served on a freshly baked croissant waffle (yum!) and served with a side of their signature special sauce. I am not a huge fan of sauces, but the chicken and waffle combination was mouth watering.

Lastly, we shared the Oeuf Benedicte, which is your classic eggs benedict a la Cocette Rotisserie. This included poached eggs on a freshly baked croissant waffle with roasted chicken, lettuce and tomatoes. It came with a side of hollandaise sauce and it was oh so scrumptious!

This French Rotisserie restaurant was not only filling, but it had a creative spin on classic brunch options which was such a great treat! I can’t wait to come back for dinner here on my next trip to London.
