Welp, this is a warning, this is not a keto friendly, well any type of healthy recipe in any way.  But, it is so, so worth how delicious it really is.  Yes, my dieting is still going strong, but that doesn’t mean I don’t indulge every once in a while.  I normally don’t enjoy chocolate but this was very, very enjoyable, so much so I decided I had to share it.  This delicious treat is basically a s’mores pie in a cute mason jar.  Plus it takes only 15 minutes to make! Obviously, you don’t need to make these in a mason jar, you can use a mug or a clear cup or if you wanna be real classy; a solo cup.  It’s easy to make when you’re in the mood for something quick and sweet tooth satisfying.

INGREDIENTS

2 Cups of finely crushed graham crackers (I like Honey Maid)
8 Tablespoons of butter, melted
1 Packet of Chocolate Pudding mix (I used Jell-o)
1 Cup of Milk (I used Skim)
2 Cups of Heavy Cream
1 Chocolate Bar for shavings and garnish

Step One: You’re going to make the crust first out of graham crackers. How I usually make graham cracker crumbs is by putting the pieces into a ziplock bag and crunching it with a rolling pin, or anything with a flat surface. Once you create the crumble add into a large mixing bowl.

Step Two:  Once you create the crumble, add into a large mixing bowl.  Combine melted butter to the crumble until it’s fully coated in melted butter.

Step Three: In a bowl whisk together the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, for best results use a mixer.  Stir in sugar.

Step Four: Following pudding directions and make the pudding. Set aside.

Step Five:Layer the graham cracker crust at the bottom of each mason jar, then layer the chocolate pudding, then add whipped cream, keep repeating until you reach the top of the jar.

Step Six: Garnish with chocolate bar and serve.
